Our 60 minute class. FG60 is high intensity training at it's finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it! FGFIT begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of FGFIT Programming is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency - not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. After looking at all sport and physical tasks collectively, we asked what physical skills and adaptations would most universally lend themselves to performance advantage.

Teen Strength and Conditioning
In this program athletes will learn the techniques and training methodologies that have made FGFIT Inc. a favorite referral of Doctors, Physical Therapists, Coaches, Chiropractors and Massage Therapists over the past 11 years. We take tremendous pride in this and our heavy emphasis on technical instruction, humility, and a nurturing supportive staff. As the areas longest running strength and conditioning center, FGFIT Inc. has had the opportunity to work with successful athletes from every sport.
