• Studio Assistance: Alternatively, members can contact our studio directly to initiate a cancellation. Please note that all cancellation requests must be verified by our studio team.

2. Notice Period

• Standard Notice: A 30-day notice period is required for all membership cancellations, unless otherwise specified in the individual membership agreement.

3. Payment Schedule

• Pending Payments: Any payments scheduled within the 30-day notice period will still be processed as planned.

4. Unused Sessions

• Utilization Period: Unused sessions remaining in your membership can be utilized within 30 days following your last payment.

5. Special Conditions

• Agreement Terms: Some membership agreements may have different cancellation terms. Please refer to your specific agreement for any variations to this policy.

6. Verification Process

• Request Confirmation: To ensure the security and accuracy of cancellation requests, our studio team will verify each request. Please allow some time for this verification process to be completed.
