One of the best ways to find out if Group Class is right for you is to participate in a Free Trial workout. Now the goal of our Free Trial workout is to introduce you to Functional Fitness, not to crush you and leave you enable to walk for a week. (…if you like our facility and the coaches than take the next step and make the commitment to a healthier lifestyle.). Our Free Trial workouts are designed to give you a safe and appropriate introduction to Group Classes. The only thing it will cost you is an hour of your time!

You can expect the best from our coaches! Our coaches are put through a grueling 6 month intern program before they can coach a class on there own and we require our coaches to earn continuing education credits annually. This ensures that we are working with the latest information in health and fitness.
