FG60

FG60 is our signature 60-minute class that blends the best of functional bodybuilding, monostructural conditioning, and high-energy metabolic training.

This class is built to help you look, feel, and perform at your best. Each Weekly Session Combines:

  • Strength & Aesthetics (Functional Bodybuilding): Build lean muscle, increase strength, and improve joint stability with controlled, purposeful lifts.

  • Cardio & Endurance (Monostructural Work): Bikes, rows, runs, and other simple but powerful movements to build stamina and heart health.

  • MetCon Finishers: Fast-paced metabolic conditioning workouts that torch calories, improve work capacity, and leave you energized.

Football Performance Training Camp


Our 5-week Football Performance Training Camp is built to help athletes ages 8–15 develop the strength, speed, and confidence they need to excel on the field. Each week combines functional strength training, explosive power work, agility drills, position-specific skill training, and conditioning to prepare athletes for real game situations. We also emphasize injury prevention and proper technique, giving young athletes the tools to stay healthy while performing at their best.

Whether your athlete is getting ready for the season or looking to stay sharp in the offseason, this camp delivers the perfect mix of football fundamentals and athletic development—all in a supportive, team-driven environment.

 Wellness Life — Nutrition Coaching

Wellness Life is your path to optimal health—designed as a flexible, online nutrition coaching program that empowers you to reach your wellness goals from anywhere. It’s available to both current members and newcomers, blending professional guidance with real-life strategies.

Youth Performance

(Fall & Spring)

Our Youth Performance Program is designed to give young athletes the edge they need both in and out of season. Across the fall and spring sessions, athletes develop strength, speed, agility, and confidence through age-appropriate training led by professional coaches.

What to expect:

  • Strength & Power Training – Building a foundation of safe, effective lifting mechanics.
  • Speed & Agility Work – Improving footwork, explosiveness, and quickness for the field or court.
  • Conditioning & Endurance – Increasing stamina to perform at a higher level, longer.
  • Injury Prevention – Stability drills, mobility work, and proper technique to keep athletes healthy.
  • Confidence & Teamwork – Training in a supportive environment that encourages growth and accountability.

Whether your child is getting ready for their next season or looking to stay active and build athleticism, our Youth Performance program will set them up for success.

GENFIT (55+)

GENFIT is our signature program created specifically for adults ages 55 and older.

This class blends strength training, mobility, balance, and conditioning in a safe, supportive environment designed to help you stay strong, active, and independent. Every session is guided by a professional coach who ensures movements are properly scaled to your ability level, while still challenging you to improve.

Personal Training


At FGFIT, our Personal Training program is all about customization, accountability, and results. Each session is designed around you—your goals, your fitness level, and your lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain strength, recover from setbacks, or simply feel more confident in the gym, our certified coaches will guide you every step of the way.

With one-on-one attention, you’ll learn proper technique, build strength safely, and progress faster than you would on your own.
