FGFIT Football Performance Training Camp
Summer 2026 | Ages 12-15
FGFIT’s Sports Performance Center will be hosting a 5-Week Football Performance Training Camp this summer for athletes ages 12-15, running from June 15 through July 17, 2026.
This camp is designed for young athletes who want to improve their football performance, build confidence, and prepare for the demands of the upcoming season. Whether your goal is to make the team, improve your athleticism, or learn from experienced coaches, this program provides a strong developmental foundation for football players at all levels.
Athletes will be introduced to the core principles of strength and conditioning commonly used at higher levels of competition. Training will include progressive development in:
Strength
Speed
Power
Agility
Coordination
Injury prevention
Sport-specific movement and training habits
Every athlete will receive coaching, feedback, and encouragement in a structured environment designed to help them improve safely and effectively.
While sport performance is the primary focus, this camp also helps athletes build discipline, confidence, healthy habits, and relationships that carry over beyond the field.

Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Weekly Focus
Monday: Strength & Power Development
Wednesday: Agility Training & Coordination Skills
Friday: Sport Training
Each week builds on the previous one, so athletes are strongly encouraged to commit to the full 5-week program to see the best results.

$100 per week per athlete
25% discount for registering for all 5 weeks
Payment plans available upon request
