GENFIT is our signature program created specifically for adults ages 55 and older.
This class blends strength training, mobility, balance, and conditioning in a safe, supportive environment designed to help you stay strong, active, and independent. Every session is guided by a professional coach who ensures movements are properly scaled to your ability level, while still challenging you to improve.

You can expect the best from our coaches! Our coaches are put through a grueling 6 month intern program before they can coach a class on there own and we require our coaches to earn continuing education credits annually. This ensures that we are working with the latest information in health and fitness.
