Paleo Challenge Progress
The Paleo Challenge is well underway. Please remember to keep writing everything down in your journal, tracking your daily points, eating some delicious Paleo food, and WODing each week!
It sounds like there has been lots of success but so far our biggest competition is Rob! His dedication to the Paleo diet along with lots of CrossFit classes has left him more fit than ever. He even says it's easier to do pull ups now that he's 10 pounds lighter! Keep up the good work Rob!
