Fitness Kids Ages 12-16

In this program athletes will learn the techniques and training methodologies that have made FGFIT Inc. a favorite referral of Doctors, Physical Therapists, Coaches, Chiropractors and Massage Therapists over the past 9 years. We take tremendous pride in this and our heavy emphasis on technical instruction, humility, and a nurturing supportive staff. As the areas longest running strength and conditioning center, FGFIT Inc. has had the opportunity to work with successful athletes from every sport, including:

  • Multiple League MVP’s in most team sports
  • League All-Stars in All Sports
  • Fitness Regional Athletes
  • Multiple athletes garnering Division I and Division II college scholarships

During our Youth Program you can expect:

  • Olympic Weightlifting Technical Instruction
  • Speed and agility training
  • Technically sound conventional weight training emphasizing technique over weight
  • Modified Strongman Training
  • Sandpit training (weather permitting) on our completely private 30X100 sandpit!
  • Fitness Training
  • Structural Balance training to decrease the risk of injury
  • Metabolic conditioning 

Youth Athletics Program Ages 7-11

Improving fundamental movement skills and self-confidence for athletes aged 7-11.

The goal of the FGFIT Inc. Youth Athletics Programs is to provide a fun and exciting environment in which young athletes can develop their fundamental movement skills while improving self-esteem. Through our world class training and education, young athletes can expect to increase self-confidence while improving upon many physical skills including movement mechanics, strength and balance, reaction time, coordination, and overall fitness.

Here At FGFIT Inc. , it has always been our belief to educate and teach proper technique to athletes right from the start, as the benefits can be lifelong. Not only will this help to prevent risk of future injury, but instills a strong physical foundation from the start which all other exercise and sporting movements can be developed.
