FG Lite is a CrossFit-style class that uses primarily body weight and light equipment (medicine balls, kettlebells, etc.) Prior to each workout, every movement is reviewed in detail, all CrossFit terminology is explained, and individual modifications are made. It is the perfect class for anyone new to exercise, anyone with physical limitations or injuries, and anyone who needs a little extra help developing strength, endurance, form, and technique. No experience necessary.
