Improving fundamental movement skills and self-confidence for athletes aged 7-11.
The goal of the FGFIT Inc. Youth Athletics Programs is to provide a fun and exciting environment in which young athletes can develop their fundamental movement skills while improving self-esteem. Through our world class training and education, young athletes can expect to increase self-confidence while improving upon many physical skills including movement mechanics, strength and balance, reaction time, coordination, and overall fitness.
Here At FGFIT Inc. Home of First Generation CrossFit , it has always been our belief to educate and teach proper technique to athletes right from the start, as the benefits can be lifelong. Not only will this help to prevent risk of future injury, but instills a strong physical foundation from the start which all other exercise and sporting movements can be developed.
