Philosophy on Exercise and Well-Being
I’ve done everything from Zumba to boot camp but have developed a lasting love affair with CrossFit. CrossFit has shown me what it really means to never give up. With each WOD comes a unique challenge that pushes my limits just a little further and with that comes great results! I’ve never been stronger, faster, or more athletic in my life and I have FGFIT to thank for that. I’m actually just a regular person trying to constantly improve herself. As I learn things along my journey I feel the need to share those lessons with anyone who wants to hear to them. I want to help everyone achieve their personal goals and to remind them that, while it may be a struggle, it is our responsibility to take care of ourselves and to do it with a smile on our face.
