I’m now the proud father of 3 kids: Charlotte (4), Orson (2), and Montgomery (3 months). My everyday is crazy. In addition to coaching fitness because I love it, I’m also VP of Analytics and Insights for a higher education consulting firm.
Are you going to like me more than Anthony?: Without a doubt.
Am I as nice as Nicole?: Don’t be silly.
Am I going to make this hurt?: Yes, but only in a way that you’ll thank me for in the future.
Philosophy on Exercise and Well-Being
I first started Crossfit when I hit 200 lbs sitting behind a desk drinking soda every day. My daughter was born and I decided that I needed to make a change if I wanted to be able to run around with my grandkids someday. Everyone looks to fitness to become a bigger, stronger, faster, or healthier (read “better”) version of themselves and I LOVE helping bridge that gap by meeting you where you are and showing you that you can do more than you imagined possible.
Interests & Hobbies
Fitness is my primary hobby. I read about it, we are constantly building on our home gym, and my wife and I work out together as much as we can.
After parenting, work, fitness, and general survival, Netflix and sleep get the remaining time that I have left.
