A Better You In Just 6 Weeks!!
Are you wanting that “summer body” or just to feel better and have more confidence?
FGFIT has the program for you! This PROGRAM IS BEGINNER FRIENDLY!
Our 6 Week Journey to a new you mixes high repetition training with cardiovascular conditioning circuits to target those stubborn areas of fat on the body. Our end goal is for you to feel that you have achieved a more aesthetically pleasing physique through weight loss and/or toning.
By participating in this program, you are going to see results! We will keep you on track by holding you accountable throughout the program.
We are looking for 10 Women who are ready to transform their health and fitness with our step-by-step 6-Week Journey to a new you. Here’s the 5-Step Transformation Process:
1️⃣ Free Intro- A 20 minute 1-on-1 meeting where we'll work together to create a customized plan.
2️⃣ Nutrition Coaching- Our nutrition coaching is 1-on-1 and completely customized. The best part is, we don't ask people to give up the foods they love, or starve themselves! We use biometric tracking to monitor progress every step of the way.
3️⃣ 1-on-1 Training- Joining a gym can be intimidating. That's why we start the Challenge with 4 Personal Training sessions. This is the best way to get ready for small group classes.
4️⃣ Small Group Training- Our classes are designed to help build lean muscle and tone up at the same time. Every class is different and the people are awesome. That makes coming to the gym fun.
5️⃣ Goal Setting Sessions- So we're 6 weeks in and things are going great - now what? In our Goal Setting Sessions, we’ll map out the next steps with a coach.
Be ready to feel happy, energized, and confident...Seriously! We have limited space so we can only take those who are ready to make a commitment!
